Le groupe suisse Bell Holdings reprend la société allemande Hoppe

Le groupe suisse rachète la société allemande Hoppe GmbH pour un montant non communiqué. Hoppe dégage un chiffre d’affaires annuel de 20 M EUR, avec une centaine d’employés. La société sera intégrée à Zimbo Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH & Co. KG, filiale de Bell.
